Ingredients
112-packpull-apart dinner rolls
2Tbspunsalted buttermelted
4TbspFranks Red Hot Sauce
2cupsshredded rotisserie chicken
1/2cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1/4cupblue cheese crumbles
1/4cupcelerysliced - about 1 stalk
Instructions
Preheat the broiler to 500° F or the highest setting.
Slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally, placing the top and bottom half, cut side up, on the sheet pan. Place in the broiler and toast until golden-brown, about 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and lower oven temp to 400° F.
In a large bowl, add the buffalo sauce and melted butter and stir to combine. Add the shredded chicken and stir to coat all the chicken.
Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the toasted bread bottoms. Then evenly distribute both cheeses and celery.
Cover with the bun tops and place in the oven at 400° F and bake until bread is toasty and cheese is melted, about 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve immediately. Either pull-apart or cut with a knife.
