1cupboneless, skinless chicken breastcooked and shredded
2cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
Alfredo Sauce
1/2cupunsalted butter
1clovegarlicminced
1cupheavy cream
1Tbspall-purpose flour
1cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1/2cupshredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450° F and spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or flour pizza stone with small amount of flour. Spread pizza dough on sheet.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cream and bring to simmer, whisking consistently.
Whisk the flour and Parmesan cheese and simmer for 5-6 minutes until sauce thickens slightly. Slowly whisk in shredded mozzarella cheese until smooth and remove from heat to let cool.
Pour sauce over pizza dough and spread evenly. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and shredded chicken.
Bake pizza at 450° F for 10-12 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
