Homemade popsicles are the perfect treat for these hot summer days! Try them made with fresh watermelon, honeydew, and cantaloupe.

Ingredients
2cupswatermeloncubed
1Tbspsugardivided
1carton (6 oz)plain Greek yogurtdivided
1Tbsplemon juicedivided
2cupshoneydew meloncubed
2cupscantaloupe meloncubed
12popsicle sticks
Instructions
Process watermelon, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. lemon juice, and 1/3 (about 2 Tbsp.) yogurt in a blender until smooth.
Pour equally, 1/3 full, into a popsicle mold. Freeze for 2 hours.
Rinse blender and repeat processing with honeydew melon, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. lemon juice, and 1/3 (about 2 Tbsp.) yogurt in a blender until smooth.
Pour over the frozen watermelon mixture, to 2/3 of the mold is full. Freeze for 1 hour.
Rinse blender and repeat processing with cantaloupe melon, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. lemon juice, and 1/3 (about 2 Tbsp.) yogurt in a blender until smooth.
Pour over the partially frozen honeydew mixture until the molds are full. Cover them and insert the stick about 1/2 - 2/3 of the way into the popsicle.
