Tomatillo IPA Chimichurri
This IPA chimichurri the perfect accompaniment to your next steak dinner, made with fresh tomatillos, parsley, and your favorite IPA style beer.

Ingredients
2/3
cup
fresh flat-leaf parsley
chopped, packed
1/4
cup
olive oil
2/3
cup
IPA beer
2/3
cup
fresh cilantro
chopped, packed
2
cloves
garlic

medium
tomatillos
cut into quarters
1/2
tsp
crushed red pepper flakes
1
tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
ground black pepper
1
Tbsp
lime juice
Instructions
Add all the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor.
Process on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth - scraping down the sides to ensure everything is well incorporated.
Pour into airtight glass jar and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve drizzled over your favorite steaks and chicken dishes.
