Instructions
In a large, gallon sized pitcher add all ingredients, except simple syrup, and stir to combine.
Taste for sweetness and add simple syrup a little at a time, testing for sweetness in between. I ended up using about 1/3 cup simple syrup.
Let sit for approximately 2-4 hours for the flavor to meld together.
Serve over ice with additional garnish of blood oranges, rosemary sprigs, and cinnamon sticks, if desired.
