I am officially the mom of a teenager today. Ah! How am I old enough to have a teenager daughter?
Ugh…
Seriously, it feels just like yesterday that I had her and she was a baby and then starting school for the first time and now she’s turning 13.
Then my second just turned 5 and now before I know it she’s going to be turning 13, too. Ahhh… why!?!?
So to celebrate her birthday we’re heading out to Main Event today with my cousins. It’s a video game, bowling, laser tag place that we discovered and she likes to go to. All the littles love it too so it’s a win-win for everyone.
Oh, and of course they have beer and bar food so I can drink my sorrows away. Haha!
I decided cute and simple today with a green tee and medium wash jeans both from Abercrombie. I just threw on my new wedge sneakers from Target and we’re good to go.
I absolutely love these sneakers! I want them in all the colors now but sadly Target only has a black leather-looking pair which I’m not a fan of. Maybe I can find a black suede type pair or maybe a grey pair.
These brown ones work well though and literally go with everything.
