Another family dinner weekend! Man, the hubby has been on a streak this month so far with this many weekends off in a row. It’s super nice but I also know that next month he doesn’t have very many weekends off.
Oh well, such is life. And we’re enjoying it as it comes.
Thankfully, though, with this new job he’s been having much more time at home and that was definitely not the case with the old one. So I’m grateful that he has more time with me and the kids.
I let him pick the restaurant this weekend and he decided to go with a Brazilian steakhouse. I’m not a fan of those places for one reason only… because I don’t ever eat enough to get my money’s worth. They just keep bringing the food to you and I always leave so full that I can barely move. He, however, loves these places.
Yes, the food is fantastic but the amount of it is what gets me.
It was another chilly weekend this weekend so I went with my fuzzy leopard cardi that I scored on Amazon. I love it so much and it’s so soft and not itchy at all. It’s nice and heavy weight to keep you warm and I love the black and white leopard pattern.
I paired it with a pink tank from Target and some high-waisted jeans. Definitely needed the high-waisted jeans for that dinner. Haha!
