We’re heading on a little date night tonight! It’s been a while since we’ve been out, just the two of us and it’ll be super nice to have a little time together.
We’re actually meeting a colleague of his and his wife for dinner who I haven’t met yet. Actually, come to think about it… I don’t think I’ve met any of his colleagues yet.
Wait, I have. Just a few back when we were closing on the house and they had a Match Day Party right on the same week. Honestly, that week was such a whirlwind that I don’t remember too many people from that party. Haha!
Anyway, since I have been to a fancy night out in a while I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to get a little dressed up. I decided on OTK boots and jeans since it’s a little chilly outside.
The OTK boots are from Target last year and I love them so much. They are actually the first pair of OTK boots I have ever purchased and I’m so glad I did. They have a great heel height and are made from stretchy material so they don’t slip down while you’re walking.
I wore them with my new favorite AE High-Waisted Dream Jean and a sequin tank from Express a few years back. It’s almost New Year, so why not a little sequin action?
Then threw on a 3/4 sleeve blazer that I feel like I’ve had forever and we’re good to go! Time to meet some of his colleagues and have a great dinner!
