Our last full day in Dallas and we are doing absolutely nothing. We slept in and had a long breakfast, just the two of us and discussed our plans for getting packed at home and what the moving process will be like.
We are really leaning toward getting rid of about 60% of our current belongings and just starting fresh. Really… we just don’t want to have to pay to move it all. Most of it is so old and has already been through 4 moves and is falling apart that we’re not even sure if it would make another move.
Also discussing the possibility of me and the kiddos moving down here a little early, like next month. We have to put our house on the market up in Michigan and with 4 kiddos, a dog, cat, it’s just going to be super difficult to keep the house clean and get out on a moment’s notice for showings.
I guess we’ll figure it out.
So lazy day calls for my favorite Democracy jeans in a lighter wash, a layering tank and a cozy cardi from Old Navy. And of course, sneakers.
