We’re back again this week with another graphic tank! The one I told you about in my #lovinglately post last month.
It’s the beginning of May and it’s starting to bet hotter here in Texas and I am here for it! When we moved down here a couple weeks ago from Michigan, it was still 40 degrees outside and here it’s in the mid-70s to 80s here already. I am loving it so much.
The days are so nice here that I am taking most of my work outside to our new patio. My daily routine is starting to evolve into being outdoors more. I’ll get the kiddos up and make them breakfast. Let them eat and run around while I get some office and boring stuff done. Then I’ll bring them outside right before lunch and let them run in the backyard while I write some posts and brainstorm ideas.
It’s a win-win all the way around.
Anyway, decided the gorgeous weather outside warranted breaking out my new graphic tanks. I’ve been wearing this one, the sugar skull one, and the Texas ya’ll one on repeat these last few weeks.
They’re also just so easy to throw on with a pair of shorts and sandals and head out to grab groceries or run whatever errands I have that day.
These are also my new favorite pair of shorts from American Eagle. They are a medium-ish wash and have the cutest crochet pockets that lay right behind the distressing.
I had to sew the pockets down to the corners of the distressing because they kept popping out and looking like Brittany Spears circa mid 90s and I’m not a huge fan of that look. Haha! Luckily my mom taught me how to sew a little so it wasn’t that difficult.
Now no more popping pockets and I wear these shorts just about every day.
