This Creamy Garlic Dressing might just be my new favorite dressing that I’ve made to date. It’s also super simple to throw together – with just 4 ingredients.
I originally made it to go with a Roasted Poblano Skillet Potato dish I made for breakfast a while back but it was so good it deserved its own post.
This dressing goes with just about everything – you can put it over potatoes and eggs, like I did, or add it to your favorite salad, or even spoon it over some chicken or fish dishes.
Start by grabbing a small bowl and adding mayo, white vinegar, and Dijon mustard and whisking to combine. Add some smashed garlic, season with salt and pepper, and whisk again to fully incorporate.
Pour the dressing into an airtight container and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
You can store this dressing for up to 2 weeks in the fridge to use with all your favorite dishes.
